Stellar Customer Service Gilbert has been very responsive and helpful as we transition to becoming Vonage customers. He responded to our request for information about Vonage very thoroughly. He has answered all of my questions and helped me troubleshoot issues with our current provider on multiple occasions. He has been tremendously patient and has followed through every time I needed him to. He has been very accessible and is an excellent communicator.

Mario was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. He followed up when he said he would and when I was not available he waited and called again a little bit later. He was not pushy as most salemen tend to be.
