After 20 years of having our website on…
After 20 years of having our website on an antiquated platform we finally decided to bite the bullet and make the switch. We asked another webmaster who we should use and he recommended Volusion. Even though we dreaded going through the same birthing pains that we we through 20 years ago we were pleasantly surprised and the professionalism and the excellent service the wonderful people have provided to us. We couldn't be happier with Volusion.

Volusion has the best tech support I…
Volusion has the best tech support I have ever experienced. This is not my first go round with web platforms. The platform itself is a little outdated and their design/coding team is rather slow making updates to stay even with what google wants and needs. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Volusion as the pro's outweigh the con's.

Was great, now Shopify is the way to go
What do you like best? great customer service, nice layout and visuals, and it has all the main functionality for integration with 3rd party apps. Its also priced based on bandwidth. What do you dislike? not as supported as other off the shelf ecom services. Updates are slow to arrive, and overall, this company is not moving along as fast as others. Easy to understand
What do you like best? Easy to understand and can quickly access functions What do you dislike? Not the fault of the software, but editing fields in our portal requires technical support. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems solving: Wasted time Benefits: More time to focus on more clients.

A new webstore with a rookie pilot
A friend of mine tasked me with opening a webstore for him, and he had already bought in to Volusion, but the people he expected to get it up and running couldn't. I took a look what was happening, and thought I could do it although I had no knowledge of how.Shoot, I couldn't even get into the admin section of the site, and had to call Volusion for help. Why can't you host our BLOG site?!
We have to have our related blog hosted by another site. It would be WONDERFUL if we could just have it on Volusion. Perhaps you could consider adding blog hosting to your list of options(?) I know we would appreciate it.
