Volition Merchant Services (3-Year Contract - which Auto Renews every year)

We opened an online store in 2014 and decided to utilize Volusion for Hosting and Merchant Services. Unfortunately, we had to close the store in June 2018, so I submitted a request to close our online store and cancel our account. We had to wait for another month due to the Volusion billing cycle (no biggie). What do you like best? The best thing is that we can sell many products to a large number of people. This has helped me to grow my business. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The software can be accessed using any device. You can go through the entire dashboard using a mobile phone. It has a good mobile feature where customers can directly call you to order an item directly and instantly. What do you like best? I'd love to say that I like everything about this company. However, that is not the case. What do you dislike? Their customer service for enterprise level companies is horrible. They recently changed payment plans and offered UNLIMITED bandwidth - I was never notified of this option.
