What do you like best? It has some good features for anyone with database experience, good querying ability for your data. Reasonably easy to access API and pretty good customization. What do you dislike? Lacking in innovation, everything is very old-school and there haven't been many changes in the last 3 years. Definitely one of the most out of date platforms I use. What do you like best? This is a highly useful tool that we have tried to use to help our live chat with our consumers and customers to be as efficient as possible. We've been able to increase our point of sale and direct users to the right resource. What do you dislike? The price is a bit steep for Enterprise Plus, but it is useful. What do you like best? There wasn’t anything I like “best”. The team for support was always eager to help and most of the time had an answer or were able to figure out a solution. What do you like best? Volusion is the most professional shopping cart software out there.
