I wish there was a better way to …
I wish there was a better way to provide ideas for system upgrades. I tried uservoice, but it took forever to even get my suggestion approved to be posted. I should be able to tell volusion, hey this is something that we need, and we should be able to work out it. For example, I should be able to select specific shipping for certain products if necessary. For example, we sell Yamaha parts, including oil, and oil can only be shipped by Ground. Love the platform, but
Love the platform, but...I love the platform and the support I get. But I am missing the ability to have buyable pins on Pinterest. With social media becoming more and more important, that has become a very important factor for me. Once Volusion finds a way to incorporate that, I would give it a 5 star rating.

I have been with Volusion over a decade, but they have really upset me with a recent email.
I have been a very happy Volusion customer for over a decade and recently I received a email stating that I could not sell certain items on my website. Volusion is about to lose me to Big Commerce.

Look...what I find since signing up May of 2017 and taking the months to build my site to August 2017 launching it only to learn by January 2018 that I don’t know how to bring business to my site. What do you like best? Allows the process of maintaining you site and product lines as well as sales without complications What do you dislike? Kind of glitchy. Sometimes limited to what you can do What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Listing products is easy

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are so many things to love about Volusion, and on top is definitely the simplicity and intuitivity of its interface. I am not extremely computer savvy
I am not extremely computer savvy. Volusion has helped me a lot with my store. The only complaint that I have is their fraud alert system. Their is always a 1% fraud rating. Then when there have been 10 of them, they don’t give one. I don’t think they should charge for extra fraud ratings.
