Volusion is better at marketing their product than supporting it.
What do you like best? That feeling you get when you are spinning up a new shopping cart and you think it will solve all of your problems. What do you dislike? The web-builder properties are as clunky as it gets. Some of the variables don't make sense, or don't work at all. Volusion Review
What do you like best? I haven't used all of the features in Volusion yet, but what I have used is very handy. It's easy to navigate through all of the features and upload new products to an ecommerce website. You can also email all of your customers straight from Volusion instead of having to do it from a different email account; all the customers that buy from you or subscribe to your emails/newsletters are automatically logged and saved in Volusion. This makes emailing them that much ...

Many years ago I started using Volusion when I searched for an ecommerce solution it was the best out there. One of the reasons it was the best was because it had amazing tutorials that showed you how to use the website and gave you insight to everything to do with ecommerce back then it would be a 5 star review The reason for a 3 starIn the past 2 years they changed there help system so now the tutorials and all help buttons in the software go to dead links. Adding store categories, products and overall store use it's easy and very convenient. Customer service though has decrease dramatically this past year, if you want to chat with a representative you might have to wait a few hours to get a reply. Once you get the chance to speak with a representative you should be fine because they are very helpful and really care about providing and excellent customer service. Typically a great company to work with but...
Typically a great company to work with. The software is easy to use but the integration with Amazon is troublesome and the connection breaks every couple months. This cause delays in shipping which is a HUGE deal when selling on Amazon. We have found a way around it but will likely look into switching if this does not improve.

The employees were knowledgable and helpful but I wasn't website savvy with the design area and felt helpless. Got very little results with volusion.
