I am not very computer literate so…
I am not very computer literate so setting up an online story was no easy task. ALL of the people working at Volusion have been extremely patient and helpful. Any time I have had an issue the Tech Department has been right there to help. Highly recommend!

Great Platform for My Business.
Have been with Volusion since late 2014, have had nothing but Great experience with them. Easy to use Dashboard & Excellent Customer Service. Would recommend to anyone.... especially New Business. Can start off slow and grow into their larger plans.

The Volusion Experience
I have been very happy with my overall experience with Volusion so far. They have provided me with the knowledge base that is necessary for me to build our website. They are available 24/7 when I have questions and have been able to help me work through every issue so far. They have even suggested third parties to help with the programming. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to build a new website.

We've been with Volusion for almost 12 years....
We've been with Volusion for almost 12 years now and we plan on staying for some time. While we've experienced some bumps and bruises along the way, overall we're happy with the way the system operates as advertises, their customer support and pricing structure relative to other web hosting solutions.

Very nice people to speak with.
All of the people I've spoken with are extremely nice and I enjoy working with them. I do have to say though, that some of the tech support people are more knowledgable than others. A couple of times I've had to call back because the information I was given to solve a problem didn't work.

Very grateful for Volusion
Very grateful for Volusion! I do think some of the default interfaces are a bit outdated, but overall a positive experience.

We first tried Volusion about 5 years…
We first tried Volusion about 5 years ago but left to to limits of the platform. About a year ago we gave them another try and this time we found them much improved - this includes both the software and the wonderful support.

We had a premium membership for years…
We had a premium membership for years and I recently discovered that we had a dedicated account manager with that membership. Well, paying the extra fees did not serve it's purpose as our dedicated account manager never reached out to us. We renewed our SSL certificate with Volusion and I discovered a year later that our website was showing that our SSL certificate was invalid. Someone at Volusion hadn't finished the renewal process is what I was told. It's hit and miss with their Support ...
