"The system though is easy to use but often hang"

What do you like best about Volopay? It is easy to use and convenient for busy people like us. What do you dislike about Volopay? The system hangs on me most of the time I use it. And customer service takes a long time to rectify the issue. I have to wait on the chat long to wait for them to check and get back. What problems is Volopay solving and how is that benefiting you? Paying to vendor makes it easy, however when the system hangs it is not solving my problem as desired.

What do you like best about Volopay? They are very helpful in their customer service. The emails are great and their actual product is also very good. What do you dislike about Volopay? honestly havent faced any downsides as of yet. Thinking about it, they have really been good. What problems is Volopay solving and how is that benefiting you? its managing the money for our various clients with their wallet features.

"Easy interface and multi-platform support"

What do you like best about Volopay? Very user friendly interface. Seamlessly SSO-s into our Google Workspace accounts for all staff. It also manages to sync to our Xero accounting software seamlessly. What do you dislike about Volopay? When creating virtual cards, the interface will get a little cumbersome. There is actually no need to show an image of a card, honestly. Just a text liner will do. What problems is Volopay solving and how is that benefiting you? Exchange rates while paying ...

The balance and limit management is very intuitive and easy. Also, their bill pay system is very good for SWIFT transfers compared to the bank's clunky UI.
