Great support
As soon as I signed up I received an email letting me know they were there to help make the experience a good one. When I had a problem when I erroneously hit an option to cancel subscription they immediately took care of it. Then, once I added funds and I had a challenge with it, I called in and they helped me right away. This is what I call customer service centered. Most companies today don't even list a number for support and you have to send a message within their site and then wait!!! ...

Excellent Customer Service and Serves Puerto Rico
I had looked into every VOIP service and VOIPstudio was the only one that would service Puerto Rico and at a good cost. Very flexible plans. Customer service is very good but no phone support, just web.

Amazing Service
This is amazing! Set up my IVR with a tutorial in just 15 minutes and it was already working. All with the test credit and a free number. So it didnt cost me a dime and i am happy! Definitly gonna buy more local numbers.//EDITPlease excuse my horrible english. Fixed some spelling errors

No complaints, very smooth service
Line quality is much better than previous provider and service is very prompt and to the point. Couldn't ask for any more at this stage, happy customer

Excellent support
So far, so good! Set-up done without any hassle. A couple of support tickets answered within seconds and loads of online help. Lack of a fixed term contract and a great unlimited plan mean there's not much downside to giving this a go.

Superbly courteous and helpful, and a great product!
This was my first hosted voip experience. The crew often went well beyond the expected in terms of assistance and explanation. On the rare occasions when there was a problem at their end, it was quickly fixed, or i was advised that a discovered anomaly was being addressed. Very honest, very reasonable costs.
