Good service overall!

Good service overall!I have signed with VOIPSTUDIO as pay as you go. I have not yet purchased a phone and using my computer to listen to phone calls. Initially the software was kindda difficult but then I understood it. When I tried to record my voice message, it took me 50 attemps but it does not record for more than 3 seconds. The voice is coarsed.I think if I buy a phone then maybe it will be better.

Using Freephone number with Voice mail.

Not been using for long but all good so far. Everything does what it should how it should. I've had to contact support about purchasing numbers and had quick responses in dealing with my request. Spent a fair bit of time researching who to go for. So far I'm happy with my choice.

Simple setup, great product

It was a very simple process in order to obtain and use a phone number. I was very ably assisted by Alfonso, a customer support representative, which allowed for a very smooth setup. I have tested my line and have found it to function as well as expected. Given that I work in different countries, it is great to have a single US point of contact for my clients irrespective of where I am located.

Its a very good system. Easy to configure and provides most of the functionality you could achieve with a traditional PBX, reasonably priced and flexible.

Most impressive phone system I have ever used, seriously. It has changed the way I view phoning, and I thought my mobile phone had already done that!
