Some Difficuly - overall a good service - perfect for startup/small business
I walked into VoIPStudio not really knowing what to expect. I do not have experience with other services similar to this one. The end user interface is pretty easy to use. I would recommend buying the phones from VOIP studio if you are not comfortable with digging for the answers and being confused thru the way. Better than Skype
A little bit more expensive than Skype but the sound quality on calls is better and you can contact real people and get quick answers to your queries.
