Ease of set up and use
The initial set up was very simple and easy to understand plenty of support information easily accessible, had an issue with an FTP client arranged a support call with VoipStudio technical support and it was resolved in a matter of minutes - excellent service great product.

Have added a Voipstudio line with my …
Have added a Voipstudio line with my existing bt line and use a Gigaset phone so can call from either line on one phone and with two phones if one person is using one line the other person can use the other line. Phone call quality is hardly distinguishable between the two lines
