Voip Studio were excellent to deal with. They helped us to fully configure our Voip Phones that we already owned and had us up and running and online within an hour. Excellent service far surpassing that of BT.

The software is very easy to use

The software is very easy to use. We have used other voip software however we have been hit with large bills where as this is an inclusive package. The ability to play back recordings online instantly is massively advantageous to us.

A great platform once up and running properly. No dropped calls and support are pretty responsive

Seems to do what it says on the tin.

Seems to do what it says on the tin.Only 2 minor problems so far. Calling a Tele-comference system the DTMF numbers were not recognised correctly. Plugging in a headset to the pc after the voip-studio loaded didn't work. Had to restart voip studio before it found the headset.
