Very easy to set up and great value
Very easy to set up and great for a small business like ours. We have an office in Gibralter where our customer service calls are answered but the number is UK based which resulted in large bills for call forwarding. Now we have a local rate UK number and no extra costs. We have been able to make the system sound far more professional for customers as previously we used an answerphone message when closed but no call waiting when we were busy.Since setting up we have also added a US number ...

Easy configuration, useful setup wizard on dashboard. Some screenshots in documentation are outdated.

Great service offered
Great service offered. I took me less than 30 mins to set up fully functional PBX. 1 less star because I only struggled at time of making payment as it was asking to first download softfone and make test call. That was confusing. Everything else is great.

Documentation thorough, ticketing system responsive, Salesforce integration a plus
VoIP has been very helpful and their documentation is very thorough. Their ticketing system for help is responsive and their pricing is very reasonable, especially for a small business starting out with VoIP. Their integration with Salesforce was key for our company. The only reason they don't have 5 stars for me is that they don't provide phone support.

Easy, Reliable, Cost Effective - Would Recommend
One of the best things about VoipStudio as opposed to other providers is the shear wealth of features. Everything is included at the most basic level, including call recording. The web admin app is good, but NEEDS to be responsive so it works on mobiles!! I love the text-to-speech functionality which works very well for most things and save time having to record voice messages, greetings etc etc. 2000 minutes on the national package for £12 (inc VAT) is great!Great Service, really pleased ...

From a Newbie point of view
I was a newbie to all of this. Any support tickets with questions have been answered promptly and the interface was quite intuitive once i knew where to look. If you are looking for voip solutions, these guys really support you.
