I am a critic. Which makes me a cynic. And there is no way that this company could possibly rival any of its competitors who charge 4-6x the monthly fee for the same services.But they do! And my calls are as clear as ever! It is really amazing. I mean, the technology and quality are impressive, but for the ridiculously low price they are charging? Also, I am not too swift when it comes to setting up tech. The first four days I used the service I had a support ticket open every day. Buit the ...

Great Service and Support!

The product works great, the pricing is just right for my needs and the mobility angle (answering the call from my desk phone, laptop or mobile) is absolutely spot on. The missing star (would only have been half a star if it were possible) is due to a lack of documentation I could find online around where to get SIP details and so on but the person on the end of the Webchat sent me a link that took me straight to the information I needed. Never looking back on this purchase !
