I am only slightly technical but…

I am only slightly technical but managed to order phones and get our office system up and running in a few hours. The interface is fully functioned, most of which we don't use but it's simple enough to get up and running. I used the technical help chat twice, the first time was excellent the second time not so. But would thoroughly recommend as the cheapest fully functioned system i came accross

Really easy to use, few minor things that would help it to become perfect. But overall great VOIP service.

Left ring central

Left ring central - the worst voip provider in the world - and joined these guys. Instantly better

Decent call quality

Decent call quality, good value, exceptional responsive and helpful customer services. BUT I felt that the pricing was not transparent. The cost is not simply "per user" but per number as well. I only found this out when the invoice came in.The android app is poor; the chrome browser extension broke other websites.

Great System

Lines are very clear but phones are a little fiddly to set up. Great system and highly recommended

The best alternative for small companies. You can pay-as-you-go, and it has all the advanced features even on the basic plans. The backend is simple to use and extremely powerful.

I have recently signed up to VOIP Studio, and the service has been excellent so far. I shopped around, and I think I made the right decision going with VOIP Studio. The support they offer for a luddite like me is exceptional.
