What a service!
Wow! Being an IT professional and leveraging many solutions each year it is critical that technical support is on point. These guys really have it nailed. Also the setup of the SIP system is super easy, reliable and just works!

The calls quality is pretty clear
The calls quality is pretty clear. However, at times unable to hear anything and the call drops within seconds.

Excellent customer service; Baseline Salesforce Integration
Excellent customer service. The Salesforce integration has a few quirks such as you need to manually sign in each day and it doesn't automatically log the call to the contact. Overall, we are still getting used to it but the features and integration is what sold us on it!
