Lot of countries + Good support
Available on lot of countries, not so expensive, a very good support with high reactivity. It will be better if we could have several price plan/countries on a same account

App doesn't work to answer calls!
I just signed up for this service, seeing the fantastic reviews on TP. I feel really bad to write such poor reviews for the VS service. I signed up for the service, considering I'll be able to answer my calls from the app. The worst thing is, you have to keep the app always open to get it work properly. This is unlike any other app such as WhatsApp, facebook or other messaging or calling service. The second is, even after keeping the app open always, I don't receive calls, but I find in my ...

The platform is very complete and useful
The platform is very complete and useful. The service is packed with a lot of useful features. However, voice quality is not as HD as I expected. Also, the Android App is not so "user friendly". Other than, those 2 things, I believe this service is complete and good for businesses of all sizes.
