Very useful and service is good. A bit fiddly to set up initially if you are a beginner. However, after that the service runs very well indeed.

I used a couple of other VoIP providers before settling on this company. I've got a couple of incoming numbers which come through both to the softphone on my PC and forwarded to my mobile, and I'm very happy with the service. Plenty of features included which are usually extras with other providers, such as IVR menus. These features are very easy to manage too - their admin UI was actually one of the biggest points in deciding to go with them.I do feel the pricing could be better for ...

Have so far found the Windows App tempremental, iPhone app seems ok although very limited.Will have to revert to IP desk phone to see if this is more stable.
