The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent, I know that as I've had to speak with them a couple of times as the system is quite as initiative as we initially though and we've missed a couple of calls. It's been user error on my part but frustrating as it's not easy to identify the issue not know more about the system, and I'm not normally a technophobe.
