Great app and it integrated seamlessly into Zoho CRM platform. I'm really pleased with VOIP Studio. I docked one star because I was contacted for an onboarding meeting with a calendar invite but there was no follow through even though I accepted the meeting. The setup instructions might also be tweaked to be more intuitive. I had to stumble around for a bit to figure it out. Other than that it's been great so far.
