good customer service but lacks good phone service

We have been using Voipdito for a few months and have had many problems. Most have been resolved but it's just one thing after another. Many of the problems have not been fixed. Some basic features like voicemail transfer and call parking (using a desktop phone) are not supported.Our vendors and customers are getting upset at us for all the problems they have trying to get a hold of us. Excellent service, good-bye fixed land lines.

I was a bit dubious about switching from a fixed land line to a VOIP account, but once my area had started to receive super-fast broadband I decided to give it a go. What a difference. Il servizio è molto buono: avere più numeri fissi di molti paesi sul cellulare.La cosa che migliorerei è il ritardo della voce nella conversazione, probabilmente dovuto alla linea o all'applicativo (io utilizzo Zoiper)

Works great and rarely lose connection

I use VOIPDITO for my customer calls and never had a problem If i did I could lose a sale . So far so good
