Great price and good service

Have just joined VOIPSTUDIO and must say the price is great and the service is too. Had my doubts, have been with them a month but so far everything has been running smoothly and whenever I need some tech help they call me back within an hour or 2 and talk me through until the problem is resolved. So full marks so far!

Great Service - platform takes a little getting used to though

Great service, fast and courteous. The system is not bad but does take a little getting used to. If you are happy to use the free softphone there are very few problems but if you want to use a handset then it is a little more complicated but Neil at customer services was great and talked me through the process and settings and now I can use the service properly. Will need a bit of time to be able to comment on the total service but so far have been very happy and have been looked after very ...

quite easy to use, but some unexplained features

During the trial phase was not able to use anything, as it was not explained fully how and what to do, and also how to put together complete phone numbers, with WHAT prefixes for countries.Now that I have subscribed, I am learning by hands-on, but a lot of the features are not apparent to me

easy calling from home or on the go

I have started with the one month testing period. Over this period I had different contacts with the support team and they where very promt. I configured the service also on my Nexus phone and it works perfectly. So I warmly recomend the service to anyone.

Once setup - works great.

I am not a programmer or developer so it always takes me awhile to work through some of the processes. My biggest obstacle was getting my Grandstream phone configured. I chatted several times with the website chat and they kept sending me manual info that was wrong or didn't work, they were no help at all. However, using their tech support, we finally got it setup. This could have all been avoided if VoipStudio shipped to the US! I would have just bought one of their phones already ...

Voip Studio is a great tool to manage your inbound & outbound call

The quality is even better than skype. We only miss the possibility to easily share screens.

You can activate your phone line automatically without the need to send certificates or documents.Excellent control panel, feature-rich but need some time to learn how to deal with.Prices and rates are very attractive.Technical support answers questions in a short time.Overall definitely happy with the service.

Easy to use and voice quality is good.

There is no problem when dialling most of the calls and able to get connected pretty quickly except once in a while where the voice quality is compromised and have to re-dial again.
