First experience with VoIP
Overall, excellent service and great value for money. A bit daunting at first as the user interface is quite complicated but once you've gotten used to it - the interface is very powerful. Support is superb, very prompt and informative. Provisioning was very straight forward once on the right track. Would certainly recommend VoIPstudio.

Good customer service
I needed a Voip Number to represent landline number in Spain for my business. If you are not a pro with these things, it can get quite tricky. The support team answered all my questions quickly. And when I still had not set up everything at the end of the trial period, the trial was extended with no fuss. GreatI would give it five stars, but I really dislike the user interface, which seems very unintuitive and cluttered to me. Needs a big makeover in my eyes. But if you like MS Windows, you ...

We are happy to be with Voipstudio. Good voice quality, numbers ported over very quickly. You will need to be a little techy to set up, but once completed you'll love it.
