excellent service quality and support!
Out of some VoIP providers I have been using this is the best! Any question is promptly answered via chat and email, they even answer the phone or call you if requested and give solutions! Very good interface once you get used to it, everything can be setup in no time!

Been with two other VoiP providers and now moved to Voip Studio. What a good move - already the service is more stable than last provider and functionality of calling options is great, as we all work from different locations, the call routing is a plus. Presence status for colleagues would be helpful - but that is the only reason that i did not award 5 stars - i would do 4.5 if that was an option

early days but very impressed over previous voip provider
we've been on voip a few years now and recently moved as we were out of contract. we moved to a recommended provider but between their platform and the softphone we were using there were a lot of issues. we found these guys just by searching the web and can say we are already impressed with the functionality and versitility of both the platform and softphone. on top of that their pricing structure is very competitive

Excellent service
Just moved from another provider and three months before joining that one left another provider. Both were poor and the control of calls from their admin consoles was very limited in terms of functionality and call routing/answering etc. However, the functionality with Voipstudio is very comprehensive. Quality of call sound/connectivity is first class and their support service is very good and courtesy too.Very happy customer.

Hidding charges
I have been a customer of VOIPStudio since last year (2014). I started off as a monthly subscriber and when I realized the charges were too high for limited phone usage, I switched to PAYG (pay as you go). That was months ago. for 3.99. Obviously, I didn't realize that setting up numbers as separate users charges you are charged separate fees as well. So while asking why the new number I transported from another VOIP company to VOIPStudio was 5 instead of 3.99, they noticed that I have not ...
