Complex account relationships sometimes require support when trying to do non standard configuration, luckily tech support is very responsive. "Great and reliable platform"
What do you like best about VoIP.ms? Great rollout of new features, excellent customer service. Much cheaper than our previous provider at RC. What do you dislike about VoIP.ms? Somewhat complicated to setup, a little monotonous and redundant. What problems is VoIP.ms solving and how is that benefiting you? We pay for usage now and we have over thirty numbers. This cost at RC or a comparable user-based pricing model would be cost-prohibitive.
