Simple intuitive software
What do you like best? VNC Connect is great because the user experience is simple and intuitive. It is screen sharing and remote control software that doesn't "get in the way". The speed is usually excellent. What do you dislike? I had some difficulty with keyboard mapping when using my MacBook on the previous VNC version. Connecting through the Cloud is Awesome!
What do you like best? I can connect to my remote computers from anywhere with an internet connection. In the past, I had to be in or on the same network to remote to a computer, but with the Cloud interface, that is obsolete. This gives me the freedom to check up on my computers from anywhere. I can even connect on someone else's computer. I only have to install the VNC Viewer software and sign in to my account, and all of my remote computers are accessible to me. What do you dislike? ...

Extremely Useful for the home office worker
What do you like best? Before using VNC connect, I had to always make sure I was connected to the company VPN before being able to share a screen or control a remote computer. I still mostly use a VPN, but in the cases that the VPN is not functioning correctly or is too slow, the team functionality of VNC connect allows me to reach the computers I need anyway. Real VNC Connect for real world support.
What do you like best? RealVNC Connect worked great for the quick connections that some of our clients require. What do you dislike? Really not much to complain about here. Maybe there are better log options with the corporate version. Otherwise this software provides all the functionality my clients require. VNC Connect closer to you
What do you like best? I like to use it because I can access the desktop from anywhere, especially on my Amazon Fire HD 8 to access my desktop, which I think would be a bit more complicated than using a traditional laptop. Great value for money, does what is says on the tin
What do you like best? We needed a simple solution for remote access that was simple to setup, reliable, and could easily negotiate NAT and firewalls. VNC fits the bill perfectly What do you dislike? There is not a lot to dislike, it does exactly what it says it will do. Great remote connection
What do you like best? I like the part that RealVNC allow me to connect as admin and not disconnects usb devices, as some other options What do you dislike? It doesn't always remember the password and I have to reenter it every time on several Clients What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As I wrote it give me tha ability to connect to a remote device without disconnecting a USB device. Also multiple users can connect to the same PC.
