Bad customer experience

I wanted to try Vmaker to make creating Instagram Reels and TikToks easier. My plan was to upload longer videos and let the AI decide which parts were good, then clip them together into a shorter video of all the best parts. This is exactly what the Highlight function claims to do, but since Highlights aren’t included in the free plan, I decided to subscribe for a month and test it out.Sadly, I was very disappointed.
