What do you like best about Vivantio? Vivadesk is very user friendly. Menus are easy to use. I found the saved searches very useful on last few months. What do you dislike about Vivantio?

What do you like best about Vivantio? Vivantio are very quick to help out when we log a ticket requesting help or a feature change. There is also a SQL connector so we can download our data to a local SQL server and create custom reports.
