What do you like best about Vivantio? The implementation was super smooth. Lucas in support was able to get our portal up and running very quickly and took the time to answer all of my burn-in questions. We use the product for our Technical Support & Facilities Teams and the ticket routing is easy to follow and understand. What do you like best about Vivantio? Clean, simple and responsive interface is the biggest plus for the customers. Easier to manage and provides good flexibility in most areas are the biggest benefit internally.

"Veery Customizable for more than just IT Ticket tracking Needs"
What do you like best about Vivantio? The best feature is just how customized you can make the whole site. Both the front end portal access as well as the backend administrative side. This with the built in inventory tracking is very desirable.
