What do you like best about Vivantio? ITIL based platform - Problem, SRs, Incidents and Tasks. We are recently exploring workflow feature and it can come in very handy for recurring processes like onboarding new employees and dehire steps.

What do you like best about Vivantio? Multiple ticket types, reasonably customizable. Reporting once set up is good. The flex interface is much better now settled in but still room for further improvement.

What do you like best about Vivantio? It suits my IT team well and can be made as simple or as complicated as we need it to be. The support team are always willing to help and have even looked into our particularly weird requests and did what they can to accommodate.

What do you like best about Vivantio? I find the power to layout and control our data as it suits us best is a great addition to flex. The reporting allows us to extract specific assets that may or may not require changing due to warranty timelines or version obsoletion.
