What do you like best about Vivantio? Its a very straightforward system to use. The dashboards you can create a great if you like to look at things visually and there is great customisation availability to suit what you want.

What do you like best about Vivantio? Vivantio is useful for us a s a company with its ability to run reports. It can track a lot of key features for us including users and peer reviewers, and time spent on tickets. This allows us good functionality for report running and feedback to our customers.

What do you like best about Vivantio? vivantio is very easy to use and allows the work load of the team be easily seen and manged. The Notes feature is great as it allows us to have constant communication on tickets even if one of us is on holiday.

"Fantastic Ticketing System"

What do you like best about Vivantio? I love that Vivantio provides the ability to have Active Directory connected to our account. It makes life so much easier to have our enterprise directory automatically uploaded so that when our users submit a ticket, it will auto-link to their user account. Otherwise, we would have to create accounts for each user manually.

"Great Interface"

What do you like best about Vivantio? I like the way Vivanito is very user-friendly and also like how customisable it is. Iam looking forward to seeing further integration and development features. Features already being brought out are integration to Teams and Power Bi integration.
