What do you like best about Vivantio? Have been using for about a year. Has tons of options for customizing to fit an organizatin's work flow, whether big tiny entity or good middle sized. Ability to collect/require a lot (or little) user input/data. Nice customizable email layouts. API access if you want to tinker.

What do you like best about Vivantio? I like the fact that requests are being organized from being the top priority to the least which provides users to be systematic in attending to all requests.
