What do you like best about VisualSP? VisualSP is incredible for just-in-time software training for browser based tools, enabling scale adoption. What do you like best about VisualSP? VisualSP is very helpful for onboarding new team members and even a refresher for current and senior team members. What do you dislike about VisualSP? At times the back end of VisualSP is not super user-friendly. What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you? It's cutting down the amount of time I need to onboard people and allows them the tools to learn at their own pace.

I can easily create content and have multiple ways to surface the content where users need assistance. What do you dislike about VisualSP? There is no effort required to use VisualSP with O365 - the tab just appears, and you can start using it right away. What do you like best about VisualSP? VisualSp is available across the M365 online stack and ensures a smooth connected learning experience across the organisation What do you dislike about VisualSP? Some of the admin features are a link bulky and could do with some refinement What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you? It will reduce the volume of end-user 'how-to' questions and enable the user to self-serve, this will allow the tech team to focus on other priority areas.

What do you like best about VisualSP? Being able to get support throughout all the Microsoft 365 services because the tool follows you everywhere you go is a great idea!
