I have the business plan of Visme. The free plan is actually pretty limited; it's not something you can do serious work for professional or business use. So I did have to upgrade to Business plan. It does look more expensive than some of the other tools out there; but the thing is with Visme I don't need any other content tools; because anything I need to design i can do in Visme, If I need to create serious documents, charts or graphs or interactive content (ex. Presentation or short ...

I'm so tired of other software tools…

I'm so tired of other software tools that give you crappy support. God forbid you have a support issue beyond the general realm of their help section. I've been a Visme user for a few months and the couple times I had specific support needs, their support helped me including a freaking Loom video to show me how to do it. They've won me over as a customer and now paying customer.

I love the uniqe feel of the professional content I can create with Visme. It's not as well known as the others like Canva or Powerpoint. But that's what's also cool about it; The unique template and graphic assets give me the the different look and Vibe that make my markeing content look better than others.

There is no other Presentation tool…

There is no other Presentation tool like Visme. I have completely switched over from Powerpoint. I was first trying to do the old fashioned way of trying to download as Powerpoint to present, but then I realized I can just generate a live link to present and can even use the analytics tool they give me (need to get business plan for that) to measure all the engagement from visits to time spent per slide for analyzing engagement.

I had Googled "annual report" and stumbled upon a report that I was wowed by. I clicked on the report which directed me to Visme. As I prepared for an important meeting, I was impressed with the report until I had to download it to a PDF. I kept getting a pop-up message on membership, so I went with selecting monthly at $25.00. When I went to download, I got another pop-up to become an annual member. I went back and forth trying to download without upgrading. Because I was desperate to get ...

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They took an unauthorised amount of £133 out of my account aand are refusing to give it me back. They make it hard to contact them and do not reply to lock you into unlawful contracts, please avoid. I will now have to go to go to court to reclaim.

Had some billing issues with my renewal, Although you don’t get phone support; Their support does a pretty good job answering your questions; the only thing I hope is they add some wider selection of images to their library. Videos have come a long way; have to give them that!

On the surface

On the surface; it’s like Canva and other simplified design tools, but every time I spend a little more time in my next piece of content I find more and more amazing assets, features that makes it the best tool out there.
