What do you like best about Visme? We use Visme to create infographics, presentations and even important reports with a significantly better visual appearance. The presentation of information becomes clearer and more accessible.

Love this product & its support team

The product is easy to use & continuously being updated with new features. Also, the company provides excellent end-user support and does a lot to keep users informed and engaged. Great job Visme!

Would not recommend

The product is fine if really buggy at times. No comparison to Creative Cloudor even Canva if you're into the browser thing, but useful when you want a quick, rough design. Would have received three stars, but unfortunately charged me for an additional month when I canceled. It's really quite pricey considering the product level, and I also did not want the discount - again, I have Creative Cloud and it's just no comparison. I declined the discount - though Visme claims I did not decline ...

Lincoln was absolutely amazing

Lincoln was absolutely amazing in helping to recover a lost account. He was quick and patient with me as the account had a great deal of important work in active progress. It would have been a huge hit had Lincoln not helped. THANK YOUU!

I feel like a pro and my creations show it

Visme makes work and creating easy and fun. Really. I look forward to assignments that include presentations. It has become so easy for me to create with Visme and I’m so confident in the program that i go above and beyond any ask with extra detail.

Visme is so simple to use and the results are so professional. The on line chat service (Lincoln was extremely helpful today) if you have a problem as well is brilliant. Can't fault this, value for money and a great service.

Very helpful customer support

I chatted with Lincoln, a support representative, who immediately helped me with my request regarding an unknown credit card charge. He was very helpful and kind!

Fraudulent

Fraudulent! Charging me annual subscription I never signed for. The call to get charges reveres turned into a torture, conditioning me to accept a rebate offer! Asking for my other credit card info for verification! Subjecting me to numerous commercial with their offer that will kick in unless I call to stop! And eventually referring me to another number to effect the reversal! The number had nothing to do with Visme! To me, VISME behaviour was fraudulent!
