"It just works"

What do you like best about Virtuoso? I was very skeptical of the platform when I first saw it. Wondered how long it would take me to break it. But I have never used an automation tool, or framework for that matter, that just works this well. Does exactly what it says on the tin. What do you dislike about Virtuoso? That I cannot work out for the life of me how self-healing works. It just seems like some sort of magic. What problems is Virtuoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Testing ...

"A platform with much potential"

What do you like best about Virtuoso? The ability to build a test by recording a live user journey on the target website. This saves a significant amount of time building tests. The screenshots of failed tests are also extremely helpful when debugging live issues. The user interface is nice although it can be quite hard at times to navigate around when configuring a goal and viewing results of a test. It would be nice to have more basic navigation buttons or breadcrumbs. What do you dislike ...

"Fantastic Tool with even better people behind it."

What do you like best about Virtuoso? Other than the tool itself bringing great quality to our software. The guys that help us sort out our weird issues and strange requests are brilliant. Any issues are addressed quickly and questions are answered straight away and are always helpful. What do you dislike about Virtuoso? There's nothing I specifically dislike about Virtuoso. There are always going to be pain points when developing automation like this, e.g sometimes finding dynamic ...

"Great platform and support team"

What do you like best about Virtuoso? Easy to get started but room for growth. But the best part is the support from Virtuoso's team. What do you dislike about Virtuoso? Some limitations on real-device testing. Cases that work on the cloud devices, do not work on real-device testing. What problems is Virtuoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Automating functional testing of online user acquisition.

"Fantastic service that allows full testing to be conducted by both technical and non technical users"

What do you like best about Virtuoso? The ability to set goals which will be run intermittently to pickup on any bugs What do you dislike about Virtuoso? There are some small quality of life things such as steps not reformatting to be sequential What problems is Virtuoso solving and how is that benefiting you? When bugfixing something that requires a lot of testing, rerunning the tests multiple times to check the changes are solving issues

"Very easy to use, insanely powerful."

What do you like best about Virtuoso? I have never found a product that I can write tests with so fast. It’s like the speed of a recorder but the tests are more robust than what I would produce with code. What do you dislike about Virtuoso? Just minor things that are annoying but don’t stop me working. Like knowing how to navigate between boards. What problems is Virtuoso solving and how is that benefiting you? Speed, cost and quality improvements.

"We achieved in sprint regression testing"

What do you like best about Virtuoso? The fact that the QA team can keep up with development. We are producing all our regression tests in sprint. And I can go home on Friday knowing I have test coverage. Just a great tool. What do you dislike about Virtuoso? Very occasionally cross-browser is slower than expected. What problems is Virtuoso solving and how is that benefiting you? In sprint regression testing
