Worst Customer Experience I have ever received.
What do you like best? The day we no longer used this company. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. What do you dislike? Customer service, No Contact Number. A 30-day notice of cancelation, Took over a week for someone to reach out to us. Recommendations to others considering the product: DO NOT USE. STAY AWAY What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We did not. We had to switch companies because we had so many issues.

Easy, secure, efficient!
What do you like best? Emails and attachments can only be decrypted by the people you authorize, without the hassle of requiring the recipient to also download Virtru (unless they want to send files of their own). What do you dislike? Compatibility issues with Internet Explorer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending attachments to email recipients with confidence that the data is not compromised.

Easy use
What do you like best? It is very easy to use and the separate app makes it much easier to utilize the encrypted message platform. What do you dislike? Contacts don't carry over from gmail when trying to send an email to someone you have been in correspondence with previously. What problems are you solving with the product?
