The system is really clear - you can easily keep track of exactly where your candidates are in the pipeline, and moving them through the process is smooth and simple. What do you like best? I have been extensively using Vincere ever since its inception to replace our old system few years back. Best program I’ve used in 13 years of recruitment!

What do you like best? I really like that you can make notes on every applicant and client – we have a large team here so this helps stop all the consultants reaching out to the same people by making it clear who has already phoned them. I also really like that I can send jobs to candidates through Vincere – it means we have a clear record of what contact has been made, and a log that we have permission from the candidates to work on their behalf. Very Easy To Use

What do you like best? Before using Vincere we didn’t have an ATS, it was all over the place using excel and very archaic. Now everything we need is in one system. It’s very easy to track progress in each job, to upload the profiles of candidates I’ve found, and to match them to jobs. Excellent Database System

What do you like best? I like all functions of Vincere, especially Data Input Automation. Its new technology makes my job much easier and saves my time a lot. Additionally, self-customizing of the system helps me to adopt it on my own style. New updates are a lot and they are a very helpful. Besides, automatic information registration is excellent. What do you like best? I really like how analytical Vincere is, you can really drill down into everything in the system. I use the analytics page a lot – it is great for reporting and seeing where I am up to for the month.
