I like the fact you can upload a CV and it would parse all the information from the CV to the system which makes things easier and I like the fact that when i had any issues logging onto the system the account managers or customer service assistants were amazing and quick to respond. What do you like best? I really found the Talent Pools beneficial, CV parsing was fairly seamless What do you dislike? I sometimes struggled to input a placement where there was a set fee i.e no percentage to work off and I found the contract placements quite complicated. What do you like best? User friendly, great for bulk emails and works of bullion search. What do you dislike? profile up load is time consuming and no cv to format conversion Recommendations to others considering the product: User friendly and great support What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? A really cool system to use as a recruiter, from inception to completion, everything is always tracked and visible to the team.
