Vincere is fast becoming one of the leading CRM & ATS platforms around

What do you like best? I really enjoy the inter-connectivity and functional aspects to VC, where its not just a tracking system but something you can actually use to create actions. The process templates, and system send outs are also quite useful. Our clients enjoy the job dashboards we send candidates through, where they are able to access the CVs, make comments, and rate the candidates internally. This is unique and I think keeps the email chains of info being sent neat and tidy ...

Great system, with ease of use and accessibility.

What do you like best? I have worked with 5 different CRM systems in my time and none compare to the user-friendly interface that Vincere provides What do you dislike? Nothing to really dislike about this system What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I really like the "history" tab it allows you quickly go back to someone you have been working with.

All inclusive CRM system that helps make Recruitment Admin easy!

What do you like best? Really enjoy the CV send out function - The email that gets sent to Clients looks really professional and allows us to track when CV's are being viewed. Also, really like the interview confirmation email that gets sent to both Clients and Candidate with all information (including a Google map) needed for the interview. What do you dislike? The navigation of moving quickly between the Client info page to Jobs and Candidates can be tricky. What problems ...

Vincere - easy to use and driving results

What do you like best? The interface is intuitive to use and makes tracking data quick and easy to do, whilst still delivering great insights. What do you dislike? The only real "issue" is that if you miss a stage of the process, it isn't possible to go back to add it on when tracking candidate process stages. Very strong CRM system with multi-feature compatibility and user-friendly interfaces.

What do you like best? It's very easy to manoeuvre around the system and group all of your talent together. Features like the forecaster and talent pools are great for planning and organising all of your work load and candidates. What do you dislike? At times, Vincere can have a few features that do not work so well - e.g the speculative CV float system bugs and the 'send' button cannot be pressed. What do you like best? Clean UI with a focus on pipeline and revenue generation. What do you dislike? Updates are often which can mean regular changes! Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you work on integration and personalisation from the get-go. What problems are you solving with the product? Vincere made me more efficient and has the answer to most of the challenges I have.

What do you like best? I love the email template system, the LiveList client portal and the way it connects with LinkedIn. What do you dislike? I think the support could be a little better sometimes although the one time I needed a video call, Karen was great. I would like to be able to customise the client and job screens in the same way I can the candidate screen. The best value CRM on the market with a best in class analytics suite

What do you like best? The user interface is very well designed and slick so consultants find it very easy to use and can upskill quickly. Common tasks such as adding candidates, contacts, notes, etc are made easy with features such as their plugin called Velocity which allows Linkedin profiles to be pushed to the database.
