Very user friendly- works from browser

What do you like best? What I like best about Vidyard is how easy it is to use. Simply download the extension to Chrome and record videos with a few clicks. I also like the option of selecting animated thumbnail which peeks at the reader's curiosity. What do you dislike? The only dislike I have found with Vidyard has to do with its customer service. It provided very little training for our less tech savvy staff. For those who are technology-inclined, the video tutorials were ...

Video Prospecting for the win!

What do you like best? Video prospecting is now more important than ever since we can't see our prospects in person. Vidyard allows me and my team to send personalized videos to humanize the sales process. We also love being able to see when and where someone watched the video. What do you dislike? The analytics never come the same day in which someone views a video unless we look the next day. Also can't see who exactly viewed the video. Recommendations to others considering ...

Great way to reach out to your network

What do you like best? The ease of use is amazing. It only took 5 mins to setup my account and start creating video's. What do you dislike? It was hard to come up with a negative point on Vidyard, but once you are done recording, the preview screen will load slowly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating more discussions with my prospects. I have had a very high response rate, because of the personal touch.

Vidyard helps make my sales outreaches fresh and unique, and allows my personality to shine through

What do you like best? For the most part the tool is easy to use once you get your workflow down, and the Outlook integration makes it especially easy. I like that my personality can shine through in a Vidyard video in a way that it can't in an email, making cold outreaches feel much more warm and personable. When prospecting I especially like using Vidyard because I get a "read receipt" when someone views my video, helping me identify the warmest leads that I should focus on. What do ...

It's necessary since our company blocks certain services like YouTube and Vimeo.

What do you like best? It's quick, easy and allowed by most areas that block other video services. What do you dislike? How the players are all complicated with choosing a thumbnail for the videos/player and so forth. It's confusing as to whether I'm choosing it for the overall player or the video itself and how to get to each one. Also, it would be nice to have an option for a quick one-video upload rather than always using a player. What problems are you solving with the ...

An innovative way of reaching out to your prospects

What do you like best? Using Vidyard is a great way to grab the attention of your prospects. You can make a connection on a personal level and puts a face to the person behind the email. What do you dislike? The editing suite after filming could be improved as it’s hard to judge where you’re trimming the video and cannot undo if you make a Mistake Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fresh way to reach new clients. ...

Great for video hosting

What do you like best? The video hosting capabilities. It can store unlimited videos, and host them. They also offer caption assistance for different languages What do you dislike? The sorting and categorizing your videos is clunky. They don't have folders where you can organize everything. When you upload a video, you can assign it to a section, and later click on that section, but when I share it with teammates, its difficult for them to navigate What problems are you solving ...
