VidYard upped my sales email game!

What do you like best? It makes my email to clients much more unique. I can summarize everything in a video instead of a lengthy email, which nobody reads anyway! I also really like the fact that before the recording, there is a count down of 3 2 1. Most apps just go directly into the recording and then I have to cut out the first bit. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its easy, it's quick and it's effective. What do you dislike? Limited editing options and sometimes confusing interface. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The usability is the first thing that stands out, it takes seconds to have the plugin installed and to be recording your first videos. This is great for getting a team to adopt a new way of working and the ease of use ensures users can focus on their video content rather than the tool itself. Video is the medium of communication we all work in these days, so if you're not using it, you're behind. What do you dislike? Some things are a lot easier to show or explain through video and having a tool where I can easily record myself or my screen and send at any time to global customers around the world is pretty great. A Vidyard is worth a thousand videos

What do you like best? My previous VHP wasn't very reliable. In 2015 I switched to Vidyard. Vidyard is easy to use, fast, and extremely reliable. The subtitles/translation functionality is robust, fast, and the translation costs are minimal.
