Very easy process with helpful customer support

I wasn't sure how to pull together a surprise birthday video but Vidday made the whole process very easy. There was lots of information provided on the website to guide you through the process, lots of tips, useful media to add etc. I also found the customer help centre excellent, always replying promptly and answering any questions. Very happy with my final video and so was the recipient. Thank you!

Love this App! easy to use. easy to share. very inexpensive to make it special ! just wish I could pay for better music options like happy birthday etc. and if we were able to cast it onto our TV that would be helpful also. otherwise a great service ! I've used it 3 times now !

I came across this company because I received an invite to do a video message for a family member. When my husband’s 60th birthday was on the horizon, he didn’t want a party, this format provided a perfect solution… bring the Surprise party to him. The video process was straightforward…

The video process was straightforward and user friendly. Adding a title page or credits was more difficult. The directions on how to edit the recorded video was confusing. I needed to cut 10 seconds from the video and it was difficult for me. My sister liked the birthday greeting and it is viewable to anyone with the link. I like that we can secure the video and not allow others to share it very easily on Social Media. Thank You. - Rodney
