Very detailed yet easy to follow

Very detailed yet easy to follow. Brought tears to my teacher's eyes when she viewed it! Only 2 things would make it better. Make it more obvious for participants to turn their camera ON when recording their message. Secondly, send the follow-up option for sender to record the recipient watching the final product (I got that email too late after the video was watched).

extremely user-friendly

This app is extremely user-friendly. It is easy to share the link so that people of all ages can submit a video or photos. Videos can be clipped a bit at the ends if needed. There are a variety of backgrounds to choose from. My only suggestion (and the reason I didn't give 5 full stars) would to make it easy to edit / cut the ends of an audio clip as well so that it can be shortened if necessary and also to control the fade in / out on the audio. Perhaps these could be "advanced" features ...

This was the most wonderful experience, especially for someone who is not very tech savvy. This was for my daughter’s college graduation and there were several times I reached out for help. The chat was the most user-friendly chat I have ever had with any company. First of all, they are real people who give you real time answers and, very quick responses. I created videos for mum’s 50th…

I created videos for mum’s 50th birthday and it was really amazing she got the video directly from vid day on her birthday and she really loved and it got her excited. The staffs were also super helpful and they gave the best feedback ❤️

What a great and special gift

What a great and special gift! So easy to compile and was an excellent gift for my dad‘s 80th birthday. I love this gift and I’ll let it means and it is super Duper easy. The only thing I would change is, I prefer to speak to someone on the phone versus only being available to reach someone to via chat. That being said, however, someone was always available to answer my chat and try to help me. Love this and love this experience thanks so much

Working with vidday has been amazing! Their customer service is excellent, and we love getting to share these beautiful (and easy to make!) videos for our staff and students! I cannot recommend them enough!
