Online help

I received really useful, prompt and efficient support from Emma at Vevox who was able to successfully solve my problems on line and get my presentations up and running. Email contact through the help facility was much more effective than trying to solve the problem by reference to standard answers on the website. Thank you!

"Integration with another platform"

What do you like best about Vevox? Simple and easy Iframe to add into our bespoke platform. Easy to add new meeting ID for each event Quick and responsive customer service What do you dislike about Vevox? Nothing major, but we are not the end-user as such. The clients have been. What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing existing clients to use the interactive tools available but within our bespoke webcasting platform.

Excellent product and service

Dominic on the Vevox team was excellent at demonstrating how Vevox could be used for my teams project. He was constantly in communication and always responded quickly with any requests. He made the set up process swift and easy. Vevox works excellently as a polling solution and I would highly recommend it.

I'm giving 5 stars partly for the excellent support that I received from Dominic Freeman and Dermott Madden. This was my first time using the Vevox software. The particular meeting that I was using the application on called for an unusual amount of word clouds. The PowerPoint Ad-in didn't totally represent all the answers received for the word cloud but the web app did have the correct representation and I was able to show that on-screen as well. Experience with our account manager

I have attended two training sessions run by our account manager Fraser. Both sessions have been well designed, to-the-point and informative. I am sure if we needed extra support he would be more than happy to help. He is approachable and supports us however he can. His style of delivery is top notch and highly recommended.

"Great tool! Super easy for facilitator and participants!"

What do you like best about Vevox? Simple user interface for setting up the polls. The different types of poll, numerical, wordcloud etc are really good and add variety to the session that I run. Also great that the results are saved and easily accessed after the event. What do you dislike about Vevox? Might have missed it but I cant see much integration with MS Powerpoint. That would help in that I would be able to run polls without coming out of the PPT and back in again. What problems is ...

"Works flawless in MS Teams"

What do you like best about Vevox? Polls during the session supports the user experience and keeps engagement at high level for the end-user. What do you dislike about Vevox? I have tried to use it within Microsoft Powerpoint, however, had some glitches. The polls where not updating the results. What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows to stay in the same platform where we have the session running and does not require to have a second device for responses.

"Excellent Tool for Audience Engagement!"

What do you like best about Vevox? It has an intiutive interface with lots of great features from Q&A, Polling and Surveys. The ability to embed in PPT (and inherit designs) is great. Embedding in a Teams meeting is also super handy. The ability to export data into an excel file is also very useful. The support team has been fantastic. What do you dislike about Vevox?
