Students Feedback

Students Feedback I use Vevox to obtain live feedback from students on their learning experience as well as questions they may have during lectures. I find that their participation is usually more using the platform compared to them raising the same in person. I presume the anonymity associated with the feedback makes it more friendly for those who may feel shy or fear that they may not be correct.

What do you like best about Vevox? We used Vevox to collect many anonymous Q&A questions from colleagues. This works well as a virtual 'suggestions box'. The fact colleagues can 'like' other's questions/suggestions so that a 'most popular to least popular' questions/suggestions ranking is created is helpful. What do you dislike about Vevox? A great interactive platform enabling audiences to ask questions!

Dom was very helpful in getting us set up with Vevox. He shared how it works and the capabilities of the web application. His responsiveness and knowledge of the platform made the setting up process quick and easy. Vevox is definitely a big contender with it's competitors.

Impressed with Vevox and their Customer Support

I'm using Vevox for this first time this Academic year for Audience Engagement in large group lectures (in person and online) and I find it really useful. Lots of different types of Polls which make it more interesting for the students and allows me to gauge their understanding and guide the learning. I'm also really impressed with their Customer Support. Whenever I have a question, I get an answer back really quickly.

Service from Vevox was absolutely fist…

Service from Vevox was absolutely fist class. We worked with Dominic Freeman who took the time to listen to our needs and talked us through our available options. Dom did a huge amount of prep ahead of our scheduled meetings and really impressed us with his attention to detail.

Couldn't recommend Brogan enough!!

I called the customer service line and Brogan picked up and spent 30mins talking to me and helping me through the issues I was having. Brogan, seriously – thank you so much for taking time out of your day to talk to me! You were honestly so supportive and helpful – sincerely appreciate it. Couldn't recommend her enough!!

Using Vevox

We're in the processes of a pilot using Vevox across our business for feedback and training/development. It's been a great experience, with help always on hand from the Vevox team! Nothing is too much trouble, and the process has been really smooth. We've been looking at innovative ways to collect feedback and Vevox has really impressed us.

Happy Vevox user
