Simple to use, great to break the ice with students.

I've just used Vevox for the first time in a lecture with c.200 students, and it was just brilliant to be able to generate a word cloud in real time. The students were really engaged, and I could see how many responses I had in real time as they came in. The software is simple to use and creates breaks in the lecture to not only give the speaker a short pause, but to give students a chance to engage with the materials and keep their attention throughout the lecture. Good for doctors with a teaching role

I am a doctor with a teaching role. I have used this app/online service for my teaching session after being introduced to it at Edgehill uni teaching. I am very happy with the interface and ease of set up and use. Easy to integrate to powerpoint unless blocked by admin but in that case can be opened on a browser to facilitate live polls. What do you like best about Vevox? I use Vevox for running Word Clouds, Polls, Q&As for events we hold to garner real-time audience insights. a very thorough demo

I'm looking forward to introducing more interactivity into our online training delivery. Dom provided a very thorough demo of Vevox and it was great to see how differing functionalities might meet our needs. Would have rates 5stars if registered charities could access the discounted rates available to education providers. As a registered charity linked to Higher Education it was disappointing to hear we were not eligible for the lower rate education plan.

Taking Feedback

We find Vevox very useful for taking feedback at our Virtual educational meetings which helps us to plan effectively for the next ones.

Instant interaction - you've got it!

Vevox gave instant interaction between myself and my students. Remote students were also able to engage synchronously with those on campus. We were able to analyse the results of polls live in the session and use this as a stimulus to develop discussion within the room. The setup was quick, simple and easy. Thoroughly recommended.
