Vevox helps to run large meetings efficiently

There are quite a few great features of Vevox that helps run large meetings efficiently: 1) Vevox can be embedded in MS Teams meetings so that attendees don't have to access Vevox on a separate device or screen 2) the polls and Q&A features help get feedback easily without having to allow people to unmute themselves and speak 3) it is easy to get metrics about attendance, poll results, questions asked etc. 4) all the previous sessions are recorded so you can refer back to them later 5) the ...

I had a great experience working with Vevox and the team - Lewis Thompson and Luis Terry. They were very accommodating and willing to connect whenever we wanted to discuss Vevox functionality or enhancements. My most recent feedback was to increase the character count in the Q&A response field. Our business model uses the Q&A function even after an event is over so that questions can still be answered and responded to for attendees to reflect on after the event on their event dashboard. Fantastic Tool for Surveying in Education

Vevox has been an excellent tool for our institution for gathering student feedback. Its user-friendly interface, seamless participant experience, and responsive customer support have made it a top choice for us. Although we have yet to fully explore all the features, we look forward to renewing our subscription and utilizing more of its features including audience live polling to enhance our engagement with participants real-time during presentations, meetings, and events.
