Simple to use platform and I haven't needed any technical support. The basic functions are free. If you need to download the data for deeper analysis, you will need to pay. That said, it is a transparent payment model. I haven't used any of the competitors but VEVOX was recommended to me by a friend who has used others.

Vevox Word Cloud Worked Great

I recently used the Vevox word cloud option for a team meeting. The Vevox site is very intuitive and has many help options. The word cloud activity worked perfectly and I plan on using other options in Vevox to increase engagement in future meetings.

What do you like best about Vevox? I utilized Vevox for a powerpoint presentation at a conference. It was super easy to use, the trainers were super helpful, and the audience loved it! I now have data and feedback I can use from the polls to bring back to the team too. What do you dislike about Vevox? Great Learnings

Lewis was very knowledgeable and able to share with me a number of features within Vevox that will add to the meeting experience and make the sessions I use it for more interactive.

Kyle was patient and methodical

Kyle was patient and worked through my problem methodically. I was feeling panicked as I was presenting in an hour of my Vevox not working. He helped me sort through the problem and it worked perfectly for my presentation . Thank you Kyle.. you were amazing !

Vevox as Q&A tool

My experience is based on using Vevox as tool for Q&A session within departmental town-halls (about 3 times per year). It is easy to handle both setting up the session as administrator and listing the question as "normal" user.

Quick response time and very helpful

I had an issue and the Customer Service Rep Kyle, was so helpful and figured it out for me very quickly. He genuinely cared to help. Finding a company with good customer service is hard to find and Vevox has done it right.

Vevox

Vevox allows me to set up questions that incorporate material presented in lectures so students can apply the knowledge learned during the lecture. It's a great way for me to identify any topics I need to review with the class.
